Our Doctors

Dr. Dena Hall Cassidy grew up in Smithfield, Rhode Island, and graduated from URI and New England College of Optometry. Dr. Dena loves being able to work in her hometown as well as expanding into different demographics that make up this beautiful state.  You can find her enjoying the company of friends and family at her home with her husband, two children, a son-in-law, two dogs, a grand dog, chickens, and honeybees. 

 

Dr. Eric Hall graduated from New England College of Optometry in 1999 and joined the family practice.  He enjoys seeing patients he has known since childhood and has forged many great relationships in his over 20 years of practice.  His favorite part of the business is seeing friendly faces year after year and using the best technology available to improve patient care and experience. In his free time, Dr. Eric enjoys golfing, music, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Noelle Tiberi is a local of Smithfield, Rhode Island. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rhode Island College in 2017 and a Doctor of Optometry from New England College of Optometry in 2021. She Joined Vision Associates, in June 2021, shortly after graduating. Dr. Tiberi chose Vision Associates because she loved the idea of working for a family-owned business and serving her own community! She was very impressed with Vision Associates' desire to always have the latest technology and equipment, allowing her to better serve and care for her patients. She has an interest in pediatrics, specialty contact lenses (scleral lenses/hybrid lenses/ rigid gas permeable lenses), ocular disease, and primary eye care for all ages. When not seeing patients Dr. Tiberi enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and traveling.

Dr. Ronald Hall and Dr. Joseph Rowey founded Vision Associates in 1975. They played a fundamental role in the growth of Vision Associates and had remarkable careers in Optometry. Dr. Hall and Dr. Rowey were both innovators in the profession. That spirit continues with us to this day as we have always been forward-thinking and early adapters to technology and the products we offer to our patients.
